Babes on Waves Open Surf Sesh is back this summer 🌊
Join us for 5 sessions all season long — an all-levels opportunity to get out in the water, build confidence, and surf with the girls. Whether it’s your first wave or your hundredth, come hang with us 🤍

meet in the parking lot at the start time and if you miss walking down together, just look for the Babes flag at the beach!

Always enter the water with your own ability and safety in mind. We will be there to help with any questions, but please practice proper safety and etiquette.

🌊 SURF FEST IS THIS FRIDAY 🌊

Bring out the crew and come celebrate the cold water surfing with us Friday, May 15th from 5PM–9PM @ Baerlic Brewing SE!

We’ve got:
🎟️ HUGE RAFFLES — win multiple surfboards, surf merch, and more
🌴 Local vendors + community activities
🛠️ Presentations from local shapers
🌊 Surf etiquette presentation at 6:30PM
🎶 Good vibes, good people, and a night built for the surf community

Raffle tickets are just $5 each — and every ticket helps support BABES ❤️

Whether you surf every day or just love the culture, this is the night to show up, connect, and keep the stoke alive 🌅

Surf fest is just around the corner!!! A very special shout out to for donating a surfboard (for the second year in a row 🥹) to our annual fundraiser and raffle!! We are so lucky to have the most supportive community!!! Raffle tickets are $5 or 4 for $20! So many great raffle prizes again this year, can’t wait to see ya!

Also, A huge thank you to for letting us host at the brewery for the 3rd year in a row!!

What a wild year it’s been for Babes on Waves 🌊✨

Our team has been growing and evolving in the most beautiful ways—moving across states, welcoming new babies, and even sending kids off to college (cue the proud tears 🥹). Through it all, our mission has stayed strong. We’re especially excited to share that our CEO has recently joined forces to help build more biking trails in Oregon—expanding access, inclusion, and connection in the outdoors 💛

Now, we need your help.

As we head into summer, we’re looking for volunteers to support our events and keep this community thriving. Whether you’ve been with us from the start or you’re just finding us, this is your chance to get involved, give back, and be part of something meaningful.

OPEN SURF SZN IS HERE! 🌊 Come hang and surf with us for an evening session at Agate Beach. The amazing is providing a ✨FREE LESSON✨ at 5:30 for those who are interested (and ya should be!) followed by a couple hours of surf and a bonfire on the beach.

Pro tip: Stop by the Foamie Frenzie Surf Contest in Lincoln City on your way to Newport. Heats start at 7:30am and go until 3ish. Make a whole dang day of it!
