Our Speaker for our General meeting was Brenda Woghiren from the St. Lucie Alzheimer's Association

Thank You to Brenda from the Alzheimer’s Association. We had the opportunity to hear from Brenda from the Alzheimer’s Association, who spoke with our group about the many programs and resources available to support both caregivers and patients living with Alzheimer’s disease.

Brenda shared valuable information on the different services offered, including education, support programs, and tools designed to help families navigate this difficult journey. She also explained the signs and changes to look for as the disease progresses over time, helping us better understand what patients and caregivers may experience.

It was an informative and meaningful presentation, and we appreciate Brenda taking the time to educate and support our group on such an important topic.

A $250.00 donation was given to St. Lucie Alzheimer's Association.

🦁✨ Lions Club Spotlight ✨🦁

We are so proud of Lion Rafael Diaz, who was recently invited as a guest speaker for Lions Quest International Foundation, which took place at Lions International Headquarters, Oak Brook, IL.

Rafael shared his inspiring journey of growing up in a poor, crime-filled neighborhood in New York City — and how an organization like Lions Quest gave him the guidance and support he needed to rise above his circumstances and become the man he is today. 💛💙 Rafael is a retired NYC Police Detective.

His story is a reminder of the incredible impact Lions Quest has on young lives around the world, and we are honored to have Rafael representing our club with such heart and authenticity.

Myself & Lion Elliott managed about 1000 Lions from Canada, New Zealand , Australia & Indonesia.
