Saved a stranded horseshoe crab and we suddenly realized this was an educational moment! explains a little about the phenomenon occurring each summer when these living dinosaurs mate on the beaches.

Note: when handling horseshoe crabs, it's best not to pick them up by the tail like seen in our video. This one was stuck in rip-rap and it was the only way to get her out. It could damage their ability to right themselves if they get flipped over!
