Our goal at The Harbor Street Outreach Program is to provide street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth (RHY) that have been subjected to, or are at risk of being subjected to sexual abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and severe form of of trafficking; and to build relationships between street outreach workers and runaway, homeless, and street youth to move youth into a sa

fe and stable housing and prepare them for independence. As well as youth in crisis ages 9-21 who need help
All our services are free
We provide:
Shelter, counseling, food, hygiene and survival kits, resources and referrals.
