Hello World, hello Facebook, family and friends! On behalf of the Extraordinary Vision family,  I am excited and grateful to say that this is just the beginning!
There is only one that can turn pain into power and a parade into a pep rally! 🙌🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦯 when you are a part of this differently, abled walk you have to learn how not to make excuses, but make adjustments! We are tapping with authority, we are tapping with authority, we are tapping with authority, EV3, and the community! Tapping With Authority!!! 🚶‍♀️🙌👩‍🦯👨‍🦯🚶‍♂️
Tapping with authority, doesn’t mean you have to have a cane in your hand. It’s about taking charge of who you are and recognizing who’s you are. Having authority over your life to me means walking with boldness, with confidence, with reassurance that I can, and I will be apart of the changes that affect my life. Taking authority to me is being confident enough to empower others with strength to get off of the couch and out of the house, to get out of the bed and into the kitchen, to go from dependency to independence, helping someone go from I can’t do this into Yes I can, One Day at a time, One Step at a time, One Tap at a time! I don’t believe because I’m living my life nonvisual that I am a handicap, but it’s because I’m taking charge of my life that makes me handy capable. Just because my challenge is something visual and you think that makes me appear to be different from others doesn’t mean that I am disabled, but It just proves that when I continually put 1 foot in front of the other , it shows that I am differently able. Life can bring about challenges for everyone at some point in their life however, moving forward from it will be determined on how you handle it. Your challenge may be visual, Your challenge may be non-visual, your challenge may be physical or it may simply be mental, but the first step in moving forward from it working through it and tapping out of it is to acknowledge that there is something there. When we think there’s nothing wrong and we got it all together sometime the biggest thing wrong can be the biggest kept secret because we don’t want to be made fun of or we don’t want anyone to point their fingers at us just know we all are wonderfully and uniquely created. Let’s stop comparing ourselves to someone else and walk out the design that we were created in be your true self not trying to be a duplicate of someone that you will never be. .

I would like to thank all of my Extraordinary Vision a.k.a. EV3 supporters Including the Port Arthur fire department for their fire safety illustration at our event and all of our Door Prize supporters. I would like to thank everyone that came out and played a part in making this a beautiful event. Thank you to Jarvis Grant and Hannah Griffin for a job Well done. We look to seeing many more of you in the years to come.
