The Martin Luther King, Jr. Support Group will be celebrating their 31st Annual Scholarship Brunch & Celebration on Monday, January 16, 2017 @ The Port Arthur Civic Center @ 10:00 a.m. This years Honorees are Whitney Valcin and Shontel Cosby - Entertainment Honoree category Officer Michael Hebert - Spirit Award. Rev. Joseph Roberts , Dr. J. Wesley Ramsey, Glenda Trainer and Zulema Escobedo are this years honorees. MLK Tribute and honor goes to Inika McPherson. The Man & Woman of the Year will be announced during the program. Damien Thaddeus Jones will be our 2017 MLK Keynote Speaker •Memorial choir will be on Program by popular demand•Admission$10.00 inbox for tickets

Port Arthur Chapter of Top Teens of America and Ladies may purchase their tickets Sunday at TTA Meeting 4 pm New St John. Spread the word.. Teens - $5 and Adults $10. We will be planning for Area I Conference, Essays, Oratory, Performing Arts, Blue & Silver Ball, Mr. & Miss TTA Competition. Forms will be filled out. Spread the word. All Top Teens, Parents and Friends, Please print this poster and distribute by email, Facebook, twitter, etc. We want to get 50 - to 100 in attendance. We need to get all that are coming to add a response on our Port Arthur Chapter of Top Teens of America Page and the PA Alumni Page. Gift Cards will be given at the Workshop. We were the guest speakers at yesterday's Superintendent Student Advisory Council meeting and we had such a good time! Thanks to Port Arthur Independent School District, Drs. Porterie, Getwood, and Finney for the invitation. It was great meeting all of the students and administrators!
