The game is always evolving, and so should coaches. I still take reps, still work on mechanics, and still challenge myself because every lesson I learn is another lesson I can pass on to my players.

I do not believe coaching is simply telling athletes what to do. The best instruction comes from understanding the skill, feeling the movement, and being able to demonstrate and explain it in multiple ways when a player is struggling. Every swing I take, every drill I try, and every hour I spend studying the game helps me become a better resource for the athletes I coach.

As school ball comes to a close and summer approaches, you will start seeing more updates from us. We are excited about what is ahead and look forward to continuing to build opportunities for local athletes who want to develop their skills, compete, and grow their love for the game.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. We are just getting started.

Not everything has to be announced to be happening.

A lot of what I'm building right now is behind the scenes: planning, structuring, and making sure this is done the right way from the start.

I've played the game at a high level, and I know what actually makes a difference for these girls.

When this rolls out, it will be built with purpose.

This is how we determine:
• If we have enough players
• Which age group (12U or 14U)
• How to build the right team the right way

If you have been thinking about it or are unsure, I strongly encourage you to take a moment and fill it out. There is NO commitment at this stage. This is simply helping us understand what is possible.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share not only who I am, but why I believe so strongly in this opportunity.

My name is Sierra, and softball has shaped a large part of my life. I grew up in this game. I know the early mornings, the long tournament days, the pressure of big moments, the joy of winning, and the heartbreak that can come with falling short. I know what it feels like to be the player who needs one more rep, one more lesson, one more person to believe in her.

That experience is exactly why I coach the way I do now.

I am not someone who will stand on the sidelines and simply talk to players. I have lived this game, and I can step in with these girls and show them. I can demonstrate footwork, mindset, hustle, positioning, effort, and the small details that separate average from confident. Sometimes young athletes need more than words. They need someone who can meet them where they are, get in the dirt with them, and help them see it for themselves.

I also know what this game can open doors to.

Select softball creates opportunities for growth, competition, exposure, and preparation that can carry into school ball and beyond. It gives players added experience under pressure, more reps, stronger competition, and lessons that help when high school seasons arrive. The girls who put in extra work now often walk into future opportunities more prepared, more confident, and ready for the moment.

Most importantly, I know what it means to be a young girl trying to find confidence through sports. That is why this matters so much to me. This is bigger than wins and losses. It is about helping girls believe in themselves, trust their work ethic, and become stronger on and off the field.

Right now, we are building for 12U or 14U, with hopes of growing further as this program develops.

My goal is simple. Build something real. Build something our community can be proud of. Build something these girls will remember long after the uniforms come off.
