Wiley Foundation was founded to celebrate the life of Joe Wiley and to share our experiences with stroke awareness and healthcare advocacy. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate the debilitating effects of stroke on individuals and families through prevention and treatment but in the interim we stand to help others going through similar experiences with the healthcare system.
