Advocacy is a skill not a personality trait – and it’s one you can teach.

Katie Goepel, VP of Executive and Business Operations at the PGA Tour, led the final workshop of First Tee's Drive Your Future Academy on exactly that: advocating for yourself and others.

Our 36 young women are leaving this week with more than advice. They’re leaving knowing how to ask for what they want and how to speak up for people who can't yet ask for themselves.
