That's worth remembering the next time your kid finishes a round they're not thrilled about. One score was never the whole story, for them or for the pros chasing a trophy this week.

Not every player on the course wants to go pro. Some are figuring out how to turn a love of the game into a career in business, media, hospitality, or community impact. They just need to see it's possible.

That's the idea behind this weekend's clinic and panel for First Tee - Metro Atlanta participants, where FTMA's own Nyre Williams joined Coca-Cola's Chris Bigda and TOUR Championship executive director Alex Urban to talk through exactly that — how the game opens doors far beyond the course.

First Tee – Four Corners has received a USGA IDEA grant to expand Girls Golf programming into a Farmington neighborhood facing significant access barriers, creating a pathway from school-based clinics to mentorship, leadership and lifelong connections through the game.

Meet Anabella Van Cotthem, a Class of 2026 Scholar!

As a former participant of First Tee — San Diego, she is the first from her chapter to be accepted into the First Tee Scholars Program.

At Leadership Summit, our teens are doing the exercise again — same cards, same questions, different point in their journey — to see what's held steady and what's quietly changed.

Sometimes the most powerful leadership lesson is realizing you're allowed to evolve.
