East WHB Oceanside Association Neighborhood non-profit organization for ocean-side Taylor Ave property owners south of the brook, between the brook and the dunes. Currently dormant.

The EWHBOA was founded in October 1977. It has been dormant for several years, and resurrected on August 12, 2011. Current membership is open to East WHB Oceanside cottage owners. Annual dues is $25.

🚧 White Horse Beach Area Street Improvements 🚧

The Town will be completing several street and sidewalk projects in the White Horse Beach area over the next few months. Work will include sidewalk and drainage improvements, full-depth reclamation, and mill & overlay paving on multiple roads.

βœ… Work began as early as June 16th and continues through September.

Please plan ahead, watch for posted detours, and drive with caution in active work zones.

Two Piping Plover nests have successfully hatched on White Horse Beach! To protect these endangered chicks:

βœ… All non-essential vehicles are prohibited from Full Sail to the Boathouse Lane boat ramp.
🚫 Fireworks are strictly prohibited β€” they can harm or separate chicks from their parents.
πŸ“… Restrictions will remain in place until August 4, 2025.
