LA is about to move forward with an $800M+ “hydrogen-ready” project at Scattergood, one that experts warn could double or triple in cost and delay clean energy by 6–8 years. It also keeps burning methane and releasing NOx pollution into our communities.
An appeal has been filed, but the City Council must agendize it before the end of the year.
