⛳️ Tee Up for a Greater Cause!

Join us for the 24th Annual On Course for a Cause Golf Tournament and Larry Jeffords Memorial Cup presented by and benefiting the Plattsburgh YMCA on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Adirondack Golf & Country Club.

Every swing, putt, and raffle ticket helps strengthen our community and supports programs that make a lasting impact on the lives of local children, families, adults, and seniors.

Because of supporters like you, the YMCA has:
💙 Awarded more than $185,000 in financial assistance to individuals and families
💙 Helped 3,500+ children grow, learn, and thrive
💙 Connected 9,000+ community members through health, wellness, and youth programs
💙 Engaged 1,100+ seniors in meaningful activities and friendships

💦🌊 FREE Water Safety Program for Kids! 🌊💦

Give your child the skills and confidence they need to stay safe around water this summer!

The Plattsburgh YMCA is offering a FREE Safety Around Water program for children ages 4–12 from June 23–26 at our Oak Street pool. Through four one-hour classes, participants will learn essential water safety skills, build confidence in and around the water, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Start your Wednesdays with movement, mindfulness, and energy🧘‍♀️☀️

Join Aron Steward for our new Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga class:

⏰ 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
📍 YMCA on the Oval – Small Fitness Room

Aron has practiced yoga since 2006, embracing a variety of yogic philosophies and approaches. For her, yoga is more than exercise — it’s a way of life that has helped support and guide her through challenging times. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yogic wellness with others, no matter your experience level or mindset.

Aron is certified in:
✨ Yoga Works – Iyengar, Yin & Vinyasa Flow
✨ Kripalu – Hatha, Restorative & Vinyasa Flow

All levels are welcome. Come flow, breathe, and begin your day with intention. 💙
