Plano American Legion Memorial Day Ceremonies
The Plano American Legion Post #395 held Memorial Day ceremonies at Veterans Walkway (Route 34 and Center Street) and at Little Rock Cemetery (North Center Street) honoring our veterans who have given all to their country. Keynote speaker was Art Killey (legion member for many years) who gave a history of those soldiers from the Plano Area who fought for and died for our many freedoms and the meaning of Memorial Day. The Plano Middle School and High School Bands performed patriotic music. Plano American Legion Post #395 Color Guard/Rifle Squad led the Memorial Day ceremonies at 34/Center and the Plano Cemetery. Keynote speaker was Art Killey (legion member for many years) who gave a history of those soldiers from the Plano Area who fought for and died for our many freedoms and the meaning of Memorial Day. The Plano Middle School and High School Bands performed patriotic music. Very inspiring ceremony.

*10:30 - Honors at Memorial Park
*Proceed to Little Rock Cemetery - Plano
11:00 - Honors and program at Cemetery

*Summer Uniform for everyone. White Gloves for Detail Commander and Buglers.
*Many of our Honor Guard Members will be serving with their home Posts, so we can use more help.
