October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM).

This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” recognizes the skills, contributions, and talents people with disabilities bring to the workforce and communities.
NDEAM promotes inclusion, raises awareness, celebrates contributions, and encourages businesses to create more disability-inclusive workplaces.

At nonPareil, we see every day how inclusive opportunities can unlock talent, creativity, and new possibilities.

This month and beyond, we’re celebrating the value and talent of people with disabilities and continuing to build better futures for adults with autism.
