January starts with an intention-setting moment that guides our students for the entire year. Their vision boards become their victories, and through this workshop, our students choose their victory for themselves.

Next month, our new cohort of 20 high school girls will choose one word that they will hold with them the entire year.

We have to show them.

Our students experience culturally relevant opportunities that help them blossom into their full selves.

Our girls deserve to see the world. To see what’s possible, and know it can happen for them.

Our cultural experience trips are completely free for our students. Families don’t have to choose between sending their daughter to an Alvin Ailey show or paying a bill.

We cover all of our students’ costs so they can enjoy their experiences without expenses, learn without worry, and be free to have fun.
