Come visit Ricky and Foreign Exchange Brewing Co. this Thursday night .. for our monthly club night.

Before we brewed on our own equipment, we spent years brewing on other people's. As a former homebrewer, I was very lucky to be given the opportunity to shadow and learn from some of the very best brewers in Illinois. Learning fermentation science, learning how to write recipes, deep diving into barley, hops, and water chemistry, how to master adjunct expression, barrel blending, and most importantly, deepening my love for brewing.

In the last decade, as both amateurs and now as professionals, we've learned so much from our colleagues that do it bigger and better, and we make it a mission to never stop learning. We share this passion with our friends from .

If you've ever wanted to learn more about how beer is made, homebrewing, tasting beer critically, or if you just want to learn more about beer from like-minded individuals, join us this Thursday night from 7-9pm as the PALE Homebrew Club take over our patio. Come early to secure a seat and grab dinner.

Ricky will be on site throughout the evening and will be doing the first "official" brewery tour of our modest Aurora brewery. We hope to see you there. 🍻
