Placerville Emblem Club #287 got together with our local boyscouts and were lucky enough to have a fantastic Eagle Scout project done by Justin Boston. Not only did they clean up all the vegitation we had cut down, he built this beautiful seating area and replaced the flag pole that had gotten bent. This project is coming along so beautifully. Thank you Justin for all your hard work. It's beautiful!

Placerville Emblem Club #287 has taken on a major project with the City of Placerville, Save the Graves and the Community to restore Old City Cemetery. Together we can make a difference. So many Placerville founding people are laid to rest here. The cemetery dates back to 1850's. Be a part of saving this history for our City.

Placerville Emblem Club #287 was out working on headstone restoration today at old city cemetery, when Greg Pease of Camino located and unearthed a headstone that had gotten buried over time. This restoration project is in full swing. If you would like to get involved, contact the President of Placerville Emblem Club, Cindy V. (818)667-5134. Community involvement is what is all about. We would love to have your help.
