I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sheriff Wayne Ivey and his partner, Saint, from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Florida while at training. Sheriff Ivey is so dedicated to serving Brevard County that he even wrote a traffic citation on his way to meet me at the Titusville Police Department.

The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is truly a FAFO department, and every deputy I had the opportunity to meet shared the same mission and commitment to their community. Their dedication to fighting crime, supporting one another, and caring for their K-9 partners was evident in every interaction.

Thank you again, Sheriff Ivey and Saint, for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet with me while I was in Titusville. It was truly an honor and a privilege. Your leadership, professionalism, and commitment to public safety are second to none.

Keep up the good fight 💪👏🐾🚔

If you are not sure who Sheriff Wayne Ivey is, check them out on Facebook at Brevard County Sheriff's Office.

On Saturday, June 13, Pennsylvania gets one of those rare “grab the camera and get there early” moments when Union Pacific’s legendary Big Boy No. 4014 is expected to cross the Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct in Nicholson around 10 a.m. This is not just any train rolling through. Big Boy is the world’s largest operating steam locomotive, and seeing that massive piece of American railroad history pass over one of Pennsylvania’s most jaw-dropping bridges is the kind of photo op railfans, history lovers, and curious locals will be talking about for years. The viaduct is already impressive on its own, but add a giant steam engine crossing high above the valley and suddenly Nicholson becomes one of the best places in the state to be that morning.
