Backpack Program of Laurel County The Backpack Program of Laurel County is to meet the needs of school age children in our area.

We rely 100% on donors and volunteers to fulfill our program’s mission. Currently, over 1,000 children being served in every elementary, middle and high school.

Today, you helped provide food for two weeks for 965 children in the Laurel County School System who are facing food insecurity.

You stepped up. You filled a gap that many will never see. That kind of compassion doesn’t just carry a child through the weekend, it shapes confidence, feels like stability, and gives hope for the future.
