Reminder : There will NOT be a midnight breakfast this year! However we are allowed to bring food to the ballroom, we will have a designated food table set up in the back or you can leave at your own table for the night.

Schedule of events for Ball Weekend!

We are less than two weeks out from Revelry Weekend! Here are a few reminders and things to know about the upcoming ball:
1. Golf Tournament will be at Links on the Bayou Friday morning. Be there to check in by 8:30 and we will have a shotgun start at 9! Teams are set but if we need to add more, we must do so by next Wednesday the 14th. You will be responsible for your green fee at the course.
2. Friday night Pre-Party, we will have Jambalaya provided and will have music and the dance floor set up. This will be a great opportunity for krewe members and guests to meet and greet. ALL GUESTS ARE WELCOME.
3. We are having a table decoration contest for the ball on Saturday night. You and your table partner and guest may join in to see who has the greatest Margaritaville themed table for a prize pack! If you DO NOT WISH to participate in contest, please let us know by Friday night so we can plan to have your table decorated in theme for the ball.
4. The Krewe will be providing food for the tailgate party/cornhole tournament on Saturday. You are NOT required to bring food for that. However, this year you are allowed to bring food to your table in the ball on Saturday night. WE WILL NOT HAVE the breakfast buffet at midnight due to catering. We will have a food table set up in the back of ball room for you to bring food trays if you wish or you can keep them at your table.
5. Hotel rooms for Holiday Inn across the street MUST BE booked by Jan 12th or rooms and rate cannot be guaranteed! WE WILL HAVE A DRIVER TO SHUTTLE BACK AND FORTH ON SATURDAY NIGHT!!
6. Guest tickets are available if you need extra for $150 per couple. Tickets MUST BE PURCHASED by Thursday Jan 15th! Please get with Adam or Corey to purchase additional tickets.
7. Reminder, you DO NOT have to be formal for ball this year. Beachy, Hawaiian, Margaritaville attire is encouraged.
