Due to unfortunate events, Bear is looking for a new home.
He gets along with other dogs, cats, children, is house trained, loves car rides, & walks well on leash. Fenced yard preferred & he should be fed separately from other dogs.
5 year old golden shepherd. Neutered & vaccinated. Wellness appointment at vet 6/18/26, current owners have paperwork.

🐾 FREE Spay & Neuter Surgeries 🐾

I'm Your Huckleberry Spay & Neuter Clinic is excited to announce 250 FREE spay & neuter surgeries for qualifying families!

📍 Who qualifies?
• Must live in McDonald or Newton County
• Southwest City residents will be served first
• Income

❤️ We sincerely thank Southwest City and many individual donors who contributed — they were major supporters of this program, and this would not be possible without their generosity and community support!

💬 How to apply:
When submitting your appointment request, you MUST include:
• Why you feel you deserve this opportunity
• Your monthly household income OR upload tax documents for verification
• INCOME PROOF IS REQUIRED (no exceptions)

We will not accept income proof at the time of check-in.

📊 Income Guidelines:
Eligibility will be based on the chart provided (household size listed in the left column).
Must be sent in at the same time of application. We will not reach out to confirm!

🐶🐱 Household limits:
• Up to 2 dogs
• Up to 3 cats
Only one or the other, NOT both

Spots are extremely limited and will fill quickly. Please only apply if you truly need assistance so we can help as many families and pets as possible.

Copper from the SWC Pound here in Mcdonald County MO. Friendly and well behaved beagle/dachshund mixed boy, about 5 years old & weighs 16lbs. We are excited to learn more about his personality through this week ❤️
* will not be available for adoption until he recieves neuter, rabies, heartworm test, & microchip.

Batman (black) & Robin (white) finally coming in from our waitlist. Very easy going standard poodle boys, aged 20 weeks & weighing 28 & 27lbs. These boys are crate trained and great with cats, other dogs, & children.
* will not be ready for adoption until they receive 3 rounds of DHPP, neuters, rabies, & microchips.
