RUCK UP, BUTTERCUP... WE’RE HEADED TO MIC 2026!

We are SO excited to announce that Ruck Up Buttercup Podcast and Deployed Love are headed to Military Influencer Conference (MIC) as part of Podcast Row!

This will be our FIRST time attending MIC, and we couldn’t be more excited to show up, connect, listen, and most importantly, amplify the voices of our military community.

We’re bringing the mics and making space for the real stories.

The unfiltered ones.
The complicated ones.
The hilarious ones.

The stories that remind us why community matters.

💙 AUGUST 2026 RECAP | DEPLOYED LOVE 🇺🇸

August was another month filled with reminders of the strength, sacrifice, and resilience found within our military community.

Throughout the month, we talked about the real side of military life—the things that aren’t always visible behind the smile. From deployments and separations to mental health, military spouse struggles, finding support, and simply getting through the day, we made space for honest conversations.

We shared reminders to:
💙 Check in on the military spouse who says they’re “fine.”
💙 Support the mental health of service members and their families.
💙 Find your people and build your support system.
💙 Give yourself grace during the hard seasons.
💙 Celebrate the little wins.
💙 Remember that asking for help is a strength—not a weakness.

We also celebrated National Day of Deployed, military families, volunteers, and the incredible communities that continue to show up for one another.

August reminded us of something important:

Military service affects the whole family. 🇺🇸

To every service member who is serving, every spouse holding things together, every child missing a parent, and every family navigating another season of military life—we see you. 💙

We’re officially back from our trip and back on the grind!

My youngest started school today, and we’re jumping right back into podcasting with a guest I’ve been excited to have on for literally HALF A YEAR!

I’m sitting down with my sweet friend Jenni to talk all about Beyond Belonging and what it really looks like to build and maintain a career as a military spouse, especially while living overseas.

This is such an important conversation about career, identity, opportunity, and navigating all the unique challenges that come with military spouse life.

I’ve been looking forward to this one for so long, and I cannot wait for you to hear it!
