Reintroducing advisory council member Troy Fieseler.

Troy spent his childhood on his family's ranch in Rock Springs and recreating throughout Sublette County with his father, an outfitter in Pinedale.

He attended the University of Wyoming, earning bachelor's degrees in business administration and wildlife biology and management. His career with Wyoming Game and Fish began in various technician positions before he became a full-time habitat biologist in Kemmerer, focused on the Southern Wyoming Range mule deer herd.

In 2019, he moved to Pinedale to serve as the region's terrestrial habitat biologist. He lives there today with his wife and two young sons.

Troy works across all land ownerships, with collaboration with private landowners as the cornerstone of his work. He's passionate about protecting wildlife habitat, movement corridors, and working lands for future generations.

For Troy, land conservation is the most important work in conservation.

Meet advisory council chair Faith Hamlin.

Since moving to Wyoming at the age of 10, Faith Hamlin has always known this is where her heart lives. She graduated from Colgate University in 2018 with a degree in political science and Middle Eastern and Islamic studies. At Colgate, she participated in and led programming for the Outdoor Education program. After university, she moved home to Bondurant, WY to help on her family’s cattle ranch, the Little Jennie. Helping out at the ranch eventually grew into running the operation. More recently, she has started running Bondurant Basin Outfitters alongside the Little Jennie Ranch. Faith has previously served on the Jackson Hole Community Foundation’s Health and Human Service board and currently sits on the Sublette County Fair Sale board and the board of the Wyldlife Fund.
