New federal reports for April 2026 reveal that the vast majority of disposable v**es; including the bright-colored, flavored ones; are unauthorized and technically illegal for sale in the U.S. Only 39 specific v**e products are currently FDA-authorized. If it’s not on that list, it’s a gamble with your health and the law. Future Builders is committed to helping our community retailers and families navigate these changes. Most flavored disposables are now targeted for seizure. The flavor industry is under fire for targeting youth. Federal penalties are doubling for companies selling unauthorized products.
