Annual meeting this Sunday. You provide an hour of your time - we will provide pizza and desserts!!!

Good afternoon everyone!!

I hope that everyone has found a way to stay cool and are staying hydrated in this heat.

We are asking for everyone’s help with some loose pets in the neighborhood. We have received several reports in regards to two cats that have appeared. An orange tabby and a black & white one.

If these are your pets (or you know who they belong too) please bring them in. As mentioned in the covenants - “All outdoor pets shall be contained…..” and not allowed to become a “nuisance” to the neighborhood.

We truly appreciate your help with this.

Also - just a reminder that the yearly meeting has been scheduled for Oct. (you should have received your letters by now). We hope to see everyone there.

(Not the actual cats in the photo!) 😂

We will be announcing the yearly meeting place and time in the next couple of weeks.

In the mean time - now is the time to get your suggestions on the ballots to be voted on.

Do you have a suggestion to amend the covenants? Let’s hear them and get them on the agenda.

Are you interested in running for a position on the board? Now is the time to state your interest and get added for consideration.

The HOA is here for you, and you control the direction with your votes. Each household gets a vote, so be sure to send someone to represent your address!!

Be sure to follow this page for updates ( official notices will be mailed as well once dates have been determined) and be sure to let your neighbors know about this page as well.

Great news!!

Thanks to the amazing efforts of Steve, the HOA is no longer responsible for the maintenance of our roads. That responsibility has been picked up by the state moving forward.

The HOA will still be responsible for the common area landscaping, maintenance around the mailbox, in addition to operating costs, taxes, etc.

As we move forward, we will reevaluate the yearly dues and make any recommendations to be voted on at the yearly meeting.

Thank you Steve for taking this on!!
