Grateful for the awareness to feel the difference.
I’m learning to return to something simple when life feels noisy:
What do I participate in?
What do I support?
What do I align with?
Not from pressure. Not from fear.
From a place of truth.
Because where I place my energy matters. I want it to reflect what is life-giving, honest, and whole.
Staying aligned… one choice at a time.
Lately I’ve been learning what discernment really feels like—
not judgment, just clarity.
To serve God is to align with what brings truth, life, and wholeness.
To serve something else is to give energy to what fragments, hides, or diminishes.
I’m not here to label people…
just to stay aligned in my own choices.
And sometimes that simply looks like:
“This is not life-giving—and I won’t take part in it.”
Grateful that my vulnerability—turning in my writing assignment early and sharing honestly—gave another writer the courage to speak her truth about addiction. Her story was powerful, and I felt deep gratitude just to play a small part in her finding her voice.
