Arouet Foundation Arouet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing education assistance, workforce development, and job opportunities to incarcerated women in Arizona.

Arouet had its beginning inside the Arizona Perryville Prison in Goodyear Arizona in 2004. A Department of Corrections workforce development partner, began a reentry program called T.O.P.S. to help prepare incarcerated women for life after prison. Founded as a stand alone entity in 2011, Arouet has grown to address the many barriers and obstacles to a successful reentry. The goal of Arouet and its

programs is to reduce recidivism (the rate at which felons return to prison) of the women we support. Please consider helping us with this cause and donate today.

Arouet is honored to be selected as a 2026 Community Impact Grant recipient by OneAZ Credit Union and the OneAZ Community Foundation, receiving a $7,500 award in celebration of OneAZ’s 75th anniversary of serving Arizonans.💜

Since 2016, the OneAZ Community Foundation has provided more than $3.5 million in funding to nonprofits working to strengthen communities across Arizona. 🌵

This year, $360,000 in Community Impact Grants were distributed to 48 local nonprofits—thanks to OneAZ members who support their communities with every swipe. Each purchase contributes one penny to the OneAZ Community Foundation to help fund grants like ours.

This generous support enables our Economic Prosperity Center to deepen its impact, advancing our mission to expand financial literacy and create greater economic opportunity. 🤝
