How bad do you want it?
"I can't afford it"
"It's too expensive"
"My parents didn't get me a bike"
"I work too much"
"I have a family "
"Kids"
"My dog ate my favorite riding boots"
I've heard all the excuses.
This is where I slept for 9 weekends just so I could afford to race MotoAmerica in 2022. I did the same thing in 2021 and 2020..........
I also pulled tires out of the "garbage" and used them to cut my cost down. Others would put brand new tires on and go out with 100% confidence. I had to race against bottomless budgets and care free life styles. That right there is the hardest race to win I promise. Put me and any other rider on a even playing ground and I bet the results would be close. Program IS relevant to results. I have seen it all my life and envy it just as much as I despise it.
I had torn tires that others called garbage and I had to make that work. New tires simply did not fit in my budget!!!!! I had to buy plane tickets, bike parts, race fees and everything else associated with racing motorcycles at a professional level. Even with sponsors helping out where they could.
Moral of the story, your excuses are not valid with me. I simply will not accept them...... Figure it out just like everyone else did. Some can afford it, some can't.
FIGURE IT OUT AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
