On Juneteenth, the City of Goodyear is hosting a Family Day in celebration at 6pm. It will be in the evening, located at Goodyear High School 17300 W. Van Buren Street, Goodyear, AZ 85338. The evening following Juneteenth, the City of Peoria will be hosting an event where Joysaphine Waitman-Powell & Joysaphine Waitman-Powell - Pine District will be tabling at 7pm. Make sure to come out and support her as she runs for Peoria City Council. Tickets are free; however, reservations are required.
