Last year reminded us what’s possible when a community comes together around a purpose.

Because of your support, thousands of people rallied behind a shared belief: that children and families deserve access to opportunity, care, mentorship, and hope. Together, we turned passion into real impact, and we did it alongside one of the greatest to ever do it, Ray Lewis.

Did you know the IRS automatically labels new nonprofits as private foundations unless you prove you’re a public charity? 😳

And the difference? HUGE.
It affects your funding… your governance… your reporting… even your donor tax benefits.

Public charities (like iiCare 💛) are community-driven and supported by a broad network of donors.
Private foundations (like Gates or Ford) are powered by one major donor and focus on grant-making.

Beginning With Heart

Every time iiCare enters a new city, we lead with our hearts first.
For Dallas, our commitment begins with a $100,000 pledge to strengthen the foundations that help families thrive.

We are raising support for:
• Opportunity housing initiatives
• Youth economic mobility programs like STEMLingo
• Arete – Retail Health Shield, helping 100 families gain better access to care

And with enough support, we can extend this far beyond the first 100 families.

At the .us Foundation, we believe mentorship is one of the most powerful forces for transforming a young person’s trajectory. It has shaped the lives of our founders, our team, and the communities we serve.

Both of our leaders —  and Kiam  — grew up facing adversity and navigating untraditional paths. Nathan earned a high school equivalency after not graduating on time, earned a 4.0 in college, and left to build companies guided by mentors who taught him integrity, accountability, and community leadership.

Kiam’s path was equally unconventional, marked by resilience, creativity, and an early awareness that traditional pathways weren’t designed with every learner in mind. He forged his own route — supported by mentors who recognized his potential and helped him channel it into purpose-driven leadership.

These journeys are not exceptions. They are reminders that talent is universal, but access to guidance is not.

This is why we are proud to announce:
