A BIG THANK YOU TO PHOENIX PRIDE!

We are incredibly honored that Your Big Break was selected as one of four recipients of the Phoenix Pride Partnership Grants during the annual Phoenix Pride Awards Ceremony!

Although we weren’t able to attend the ceremony in person, we want to express our sincere gratitude to the Phoenix Pride Organization for its continued partnership and support. We’re proud to volunteer our time and even more grateful that those volunteer hours can turn into dollars that go directly back into supporting our mission and programs.

Thank you, Phoenix Pride, for believing in our work and investing in our community. We truly appreciate your support!
And a fun full-circle moment!

Pictured are the founders of RipplePHX, another of this year’s four grant recipients. When Your Big Break was first getting started, RipplePHX offered us valuable advice and support as we navigated the planning and launch of our organization. We will always be grateful for the encouragement they gave us along the way.

Community supporting community—that’s what it’s all about.

YOU’RE TALENTED… SO WHY AREN’T YOU GETTING BOOKED?

Sometimes it’s not your talent holding you back—it’s how you’re presenting yourself.

Before you send that next booking request, ask yourself:

Does my profile look professional?
Can someone quickly see what I actually do?
Am I showing what I can bring to their event?
Am I making it EASY for someone to book me?

Your social media is part of your résumé. Your presentation matters. And professionalism can be the difference between being overlooked and getting the opportunity.

Talent gets attention. Professionalism creates opportunities.
