🚨Real Men Wear Pink Spotlight!! 🚨

Meet Steve Bayans, the Vice President of Customer Service & Engagement and Discover Financial Services, who has a proud 33 year career with Discover. Steve and his wife, Lisa, recently celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary are proud parents of two adult children, Lauren and Lindsay, both recent graduates from the University of Arizona.

When Steve is not working, you can find he and Lisa enjoying many wonderful outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and kayaking. Steve and Lisa have first hand knowledge and experience of the journey a cancer diagnosis, including the serious decision needing to be made, after Lisa was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2017. Lisa is nearing the 5-year mark with a clean bill of heath and are hoping it stays that way for a long, long time.

When asked why he supports the American Cancer Society, he said “"I’m excited about the opportunity to bring awareness regarding the impact cancer can have of the patient and their family and the wonderful programs and organizations like the American Cancer Society that are available to assist those in need.”

🚨 Real Man Spotlight Alert 🚨

Meet Bill Siwek, CEO and on the Board of Directors at TPI Composites, Inc. He is married to his amazing wife, Michelle and his son, Jake, is a Senior at Wright State University in Dayton studying Musical Theatre. Bill loves dogs with Izzy and Goodwin currently running the household. When he can get away, he loves to fish and play golf.

When asked why he fundraisers for Bill said “My mom passed away from pancreatic cancer many years ago and my brother is a survivor of kidney cancer. I have not had a family member with breast cancer but have friends and co-workers that have been impacted by it.”
