Update from Mark!
I’ve been locked up for 15 years, and taken every class I could from ASU inside out, which paired me with college students in a classroom setting without any guards and learned there are those who care, wanna see change in the system, who will fight for those locked up and we all make mistakes, to the ICVC class which bought real victims of crime to the prison to share their story and how brave they are to share it with a class of convicted felons whom may have done the same crime to someone else, but the impact it left on us was life changing. I never wanna see someone go through pain and suffering on my account. I’ve worked most the time I’ve been in, and worked charities like relay for life and special Olympics where I made quilts, stuffed animals and such for cancer victims and raised money for them. I know I’ve made mistakes but I’ve grown into a whole new man
