God's Garden Park & Unity Wall This joint effort will beautify a community green space and garden, providing a safe environment for families and children of the community to gather.

God's Garden Park, named by the children in the community, includes 76 organic garden plots, a prayer garden, basketball court and one-of-a-kind Unity Wall mosaic. The project is a collaborative effort called the Love Thy Neighbor Alliance which consists of First Pentecostal Church, MentorKids USA, and Valley Presbyterian Church. First Pentecostal Church who owns the land, incurs the expense for w

ater and further supports the project with leadership, financial support and volunteers. MentorKids USA facilitates their Junior High leadership program in the First Pentecostal Church Community Center, incorporates the garden and setting in the curriculum, and provides leadership, financial support and volunteers. Valley Presbyterian Church provides leadership, financial support and volunteers. The coalition is actively working to engage neighbors, community members and others in various roles.
