ACTS is a 501c (3) non-profit organization and is an AZ Qualified Charitable Organization.

We're a network of Anthem volunteers that has helped over 500 Anthem families. ACTS has distributed over a half million dollars to our neighbors in need. ACTS (Anthem Cares Through Service) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Anthem, AZ. We strive to meet the needs of individuals, families and other non-profit entities in Anthem through volunteering our time, talents and offering financial assistance.

A child shouldn’t miss out on opportunities to learn, grow, and simply be a kid because their family is going through a hard time.

That belief inspired the creation of ACTS Gives to Kids 💛

This newly approved ACTS program will provide support to local children whose families are facing challenges such as illness, job loss, divorce, or financial hardship.

Through this program, ACTS may assist with things like:
📚 Tutoring & educational support
👟 Clothing & essentials
⚽ Sports & enrichment activities
☀️ Summer and after-school programs

Our goal is simple: help kids feel supported, included, and hopeful during difficult times.

We’re excited to begin helping families this summer—and grateful for a community that always steps up for its neighbors.

• $50 – basic essentials
• $100 – enrichment activities
• $250+ – summer camp or safe programs

🎓 ACTS Trade School Scholarships Are Now Open to ALL Adults 🎓

We’re excited to announce an important expansion to our ACTS Trade School Scholarship program!

Previously available only to graduating high school seniors, these scholarships are now open to adult residents of any age in Anthem who are looking to build new skills, pursue certification programs, or invest in a new career path.

For 2026, ACTS will award five $2,000 scholarships to individuals with financial need who are working toward a brighter future through trade or vocational education.

Whether someone is starting over, changing careers, or pursuing an opportunity they never thought possible—we want to help.

Because investing in people changes lives, strengthens families, and builds a stronger community.

A minor injury shouldn't lead to a total loss of independence, yet many neighbors find themselves housebound without the right gear. 🏠🚫 High costs can make basic equipment feel out of reach when you need it most.

The ACTS Mobility Closet removes those barriers by providing walkers, wheelchairs, and canes at no cost. ♿️🙌 We’re here to ensure every neighbor stays safe, mobile, and connected to the community.

💙 April came to a close with our community continuing to show up in powerful, consistent ways.

This month was a reminder that impact isn’t just made in big moments. It’s built through everyday generosity, steady support, and neighbors choosing to care for one another again and again. Because of you, real needs were met, and real lives were touched.

We’re so grateful for every volunteer, donor, and supporter who continues to pour into this community. As we head into May, we’re carrying that same energy forward.

Thinking about this night. It’s easy to get caught up in the rehearsals and the stress of a show, but then you have moments like this and it all makes sense. Beyond the play, it’s really just about this community showing up for each other.

When life takes an unexpected turn, the weight of "what’s next?" can feel impossible to carry. 🌊 No one should have to face a health crisis or a major life transition in silence, wondering if there’s a safety net to catch them. 🕯️

One of our neighbors recently reminded us why we do what we do: ACTS didn't just show up; we showed up with heart. 🎖️ Whether it's a helping hand or a listening ear, we believe every person deserves to be treated with the dignity and respect of a family member. You aren't just a "case",you’re our neighbor. 🫂🌟

Honestly, the energy in this room was just unmatched. ⚡️

Looking back at these clips makes me realize how much we miss this crew! This is what Life in Abundance was all about! Lots of noise, plenty of laughs, and just a great time together.
