A bow kept under constant tension will eventually break.

The same is true for a man.

Ambition is good. Discipline is necessary. Work matters. But a man who never rests, never laughs, never enjoys fellowship, and never gives his mind time to recover will eventually lose the strength he worked so hard to build.

True leadership is balance.

Know when to labor.
Know when to rest.
Know when to serve.
Know when to enjoy the life you are building.

Rest is not weakness. It is maintenance. Reflection is not delay. It is wisdom. Fellowship is not distraction. It reminds a man that success means nothing if he has no peace, no purpose, and no people to share it with.

Build with discipline, but live with balance.

Live the Masonic way.

Character is not proven by words alone. It is revealed through discipline, service, and the work we complete together.
