Testimonial Tuesday- Please say Hello to our guest Michael. We are always so happy when we get to see Michael. This gentleman is always so kind and grateful. We get to serve some really great people, who also happen to be experiencing homelessness.

Our Operations Manager, Jay, is a wonderful human. Our guest Leon has extremely limited vision, so Jay held his hand and helped Leon get to his shower. We are so glad to have an ADA shower, enabling Leon to sit down and shower without risking a fall. We are so happy to have Jay leading our day-to-day operations, and so glad we were able to help our new friend Leon.

Kendra is AMAZING !!! This young lady has been our only hair professional at multiple locations and we would love to find some additional hair professionals to come join us and provide cuts for our guests experiencing homelessness. Let us know if you want to help, or share this with any hair professionals you might know. Our guests experiencing homelessness are so grateful for a fresh cut. Many have went years since receiving their last professional haircut. Thank you Kendra for being a Rock Star 🤗

Lori is another amazing volunteer we are so fortunate to have join us in showing love to individuals experiencing homelessness. Lately Lori has been making smoothies for our guests, but her biggest strength is her ability to listen. Many of our guests feel ignored by the masses, and Lori takes the time to genuinely listen to them. Cannot express how truly important simply feeling heard is for our guests experiencing homelessness.

Unfortunately we have a nasty thunderstorm coming through Phoenix tomorrow and will be causing us to cancel our services at Streets of Destiny. Streets of Destiny will still be serving meals starting at 11 AM.

Testimonial Tuesday- Please say hello to our guest Ivan. Ivan has a great smile and is always happy anytime we see him. The masses have a belief in what people experiencing homelessness are like, and we know if they came out and got to meet people like Ivan, it would change their mind. We get to help some really amazing people and love being able to do the work we do. Thank you to everyone who support our nonprofit, and help us support Ivan.

We are always looking for locations across the valley to host our mobile shower/laundry trailer and provide services to those experiencing homelessness. If you know of a great location, please email our Operations Manager [email protected] It needs to be on private property and we need to be able to serve a minimum of 30 guests. Thank you all so much. We love helping those in need and want to be able to serve as many people as we can.

We are always looking for volunteers ! We can always use help running the sign-up table, helping run the stylist station, hair professionals to provide cuts, or folks who will do the most important job of chatting with our guests experiencing homelessness. Our mobile shower/laundry trailer is out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Volunteers are the lifeline that allows us to be able to show kindness, compassion and love to our guests. We are so grateful for every single person who joins us.
