💜 Why Our Mission Matters 💜

Many people think of health as doctor’s appointments, hospitals, medications, and treatment services. While those things are important, research shows that our health is also influenced by what are known as the Social Determinants of Health, which are the conditions in which we live, learn, work, and connect with others.

Factors such as:

✔ Education
✔ Employment opportunities
✔ Financial stability
✔ Access to community resources
✔ Social support systems
✔ Life skills and personal development
✔ Safe and healthy environments

all play a significant role in overall health and well-being.

At Phoenix Hope & Humanity Project Inc., our mission is to help address these areas through community outreach, workforce development, life skills programming, support groups, resource navigation, advocacy, and community partnerships.

By helping individuals and families access resources, develop skills, build support systems, and connect with opportunities, we are working to strengthen the foundation that supports healthier and more resilient communities.
