The Academy is celebrating an incredible week in Prescott, Arizona, the first Intentional Peer Support Core Training of 2026 in the United States.

A special thank you to the facilitators: Randy M., Brissa R., Kassandra F., Priscilla G., and Cory G., and to Intentional Peer Support for helping make this experience possible.

And most importantly, thank you to the peers who participated. You made the space. Your stories, questions, reflections, openness, and willingness to learn with one another brought the principles of IPS to life.

For peer support, family support, behavioral health, and integrated healthcare professionals, workforce wellness can influence how teams connect, adapt, and grow in the work spaces.

So this National Wellness Month, we’re asking a bigger question: What does a stronger, healthier workforce look like in practice?
