We had an amazing time at our S.T.A.R. East Art Sale & Family Day on April 18th! 🎨✨

It was a day full of creativity, connection, and community. Our members showcased their incredible artwork, families came together, and the support in the room was truly something special.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and made this event a success—we couldn’t do it without you. 💙

🚨 S.T.A.R. Central Has Moved 🚨

Good morning S.T.A.R. family,

We want to sincerely thank all of our Central members for your patience over the past 12 months while our Central location was on the market for sale. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued trust in us during this time.

S.T.A.R. Central has officially moved to a new location.

📍 New Address:
77 E. Columbus Ave.
Phoenix, AZ 85012

Please make sure you visit us at our new Columbus Avenue location moving forward.

As part of this transition, our team will work individually with each member to ensure you are able to continue receiving services of your choice. This includes:

✔️ Continuing services at the new Central location
✔️ Transitioning to another S.T.A.R. location, if preferred
✔️ Connecting with another provider agency
✔️ Supporting transportation requests

Your recovery and stability remain our priority. We are committed to making this transition smooth and supportive for everyone.
