Last week, the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) submitted their 2028 budget request to Governor Hobbs. In their request, ABOR asks the Arizona State Legislature for $100 million less than universities need to operate normally, as stated in their own personnel reports. All of their reports are publicly available at azregents.edu.

Your administrators are not going to fight for you. The Arizona Board of Regents are not going to fight for you. We have to fight for our own salary increases, job security, and benefits.

But we don’t have to fight alone - join workers at your institution in fighting for the working conditions you deserve. Join your union.
