Five months ago, we broke ground. Today, there are trees growing on the Avenue of the Arts!

Phase 1A of AveArts 2.0 is complete. What started as a $150 million vision to revitalize Philadelphia's most iconic corridor is now a blooming reality. A living, landscaped median, delivered just in time for the eyes of the world on our great city. This milestone is a proof of concept, and there are nine more blocks to come.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this achievement, and to the partners, supporters, and city leaders who helped execute Phase 1A!
