Everyone. We need to address a serious issue that has been brought to our attention by the staff at Cannstatters.
Several people have been observed with outside alcohol at the cruise Friday night. Cannstatters is licensed to sell alcohol, and this is a direct violation of the venue’s policies and can create legal and liability issues for them. As a result, the venue has informed us that if this behavior continues, they may have no choice but to end their relationship with us.
Let me be perfectly clear. Bringing outside alcohol into this venue is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. When we attend an event as a club, our actions reflect on all of us. One persons actions can jeopardize opportunities for all of us and damage relationships that have taken years to build.
We are guests at Cannstatters and we expect all of our members, and supporters to respect the rules of the venue that supports us. Going forward, anyone found bringing outside alcohol into Cannstatters will be asked to leave and would be very embarrassing for us.
We appreciate the venue that welcomes us and supports us. Let’s show them the same respect and ensure we maintain the positive reputation that we have built. Thank you.
