📌 Save the Date — Join us for Rooted In Legacy: Lonce Scott II Legacy Foundation Launch Fundraiser & Celebration of Life as we honor the life, impact, and legacy of Lonce Scott II.

On Lonce Scott II’s birthday, we will gather for a special evening of remembrance, celebration, fellowship, and purpose.

The Lonce Scott II Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening communities through scholarships, leadership development, mentorship, and service initiatives.

Together, we will continue carrying forward a legacy rooted in education, leadership, service, and opportunity.

Lonce Scott II Legacy Foundation is proud to announce that the 2nd Annual Lonce Scott II Legacy Scholarship application is now open.

Created to honor the life and enduring impact of Lonce Scott II — a dedicated advocate for education, community empowerment, and social change — this scholarship recognizes a student at West Chester University who exemplifies leadership, service, and a commitment to making a lasting impact in their community.

Presented in partnership with Empower Communities Around You (ECAY), this opportunity is designed to uplift the next generation of leaders who are actively creating change.

Scholarship Amount: $500

Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2026

The scholarship award winner will be announced at West Chester University’s Black Student Union Annual Black Carpet Show on April 14 at 7:30 PM. All applicants must be present to receive the scholarship.
