Sharice Warthen is an exceptional coworker, leader, and an important part of RHD’s Womanspace Empower program. She consistently ensures that both employees and clients feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued. From the moment someone enters the program, whether they are a new employee, current staff member, client, or family member, Sharice has a way of making them feel comfortable and like they belong.
As a Life Skills Professional, Sharice brings genuine care to her work every day, helping individuals in recovery develop coping skills, daily living skills, and recovery supports. She is always willing to step in, offer guidance, answer questions, and aid whenever needed. Leading by example, she demonstrates patience, professionalism, compassion, and dependability. Beyond her own responsibilities, she remains attentive to the needs of the entire program and the people around her.
Sharice’s dedication has had a meaningful impact on Womanspace Empower, helping to create a supportive and healing environment. As one of Philadelphia’s only female residential treatment programs for dually diagnosed, chronically homeless women, the program benefits greatly from her contributions. Through her presence and kind spirit, Sharice makes a difference in the lives of both employees and residents every day.
