The GC-1000 project reached its final milestone in June 2024 with a closing meeting held in Brussels. Teams from 10 organizations across 8 countries, together with our Advisory Board, came together to look back at strategies, challenges, achievements, and everything learned along the way.

It was a moment of connection, reflection, and celebration for everyone who helped shape this journey. 🥰

A reminder of how far collaboration can take us and how much continues from here. 🤝

World Prematurity Day is a reminder of the quiet strength held in neonatal units around the world, tiny hearts fighting, parents holding on to hope, and health workers giving everything they can. These early days shape a lifetime, and the presence of a caring community can make all the difference.

Group Care Global works to build that kind of community. Our model supports families not only throughout pregnancy, but also through Postnatal+, the first two years of a child’s life when guidance, connection, and shared learning are especially important. These moments matter. No family should feel isolated, especially when a baby arrives too soon.
