It's hard to believe that Christmas is coming upon us already. We know with the increase in the basic cost of living, the dollar does not go quite so far. Christmas is not something for parents to be overwhelmed about, we believe above all else that Christmas is to be celebrated, not toys and gifts, but the greatest gift of the Savior of the world - Jesus and being with those we love. The gifts we share with our children and those we love reminds us of the greatest gift. So please, prioritize your finances, pay the important bills first and seek assistance for Christmas, whether with us or somewhere else. We often say, what good is a toy under the tree if there is no heat in the home or worse, a family ends up on the streets. We have opened up our online applications and will be doing in person applications Oct 14 - 16. We are offering limited appointments in person for those who cannot make those dates. See the flyer for more information. May God protect and provide.

On this day 25 years ago our nation was changed. Let us never forget those lives who were both lost and those who are forever changed. Churches became filled with people searching for healing and seeking the Lord. As we ponder this day, let us remember that it is God alone who can heal in every way, it is God alone that gives us hope in our weakest or most uncertain moments.
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalms 34:18
