Last Friday, the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce’s LEAP (Lead • Empower • Achieve • Progress) Women’s Network hosted a truly meaningful and powerful morning at LEAP -The Invisible Load at The Gathering Place in Quakertown. Together, we explored the often-unseen weight so many people carry — balancing careers, caregiving, expectations, emotional labor, health, relationships, and the pressure to “do it all.” Through honest conversation, practical insight, and shared experiences, attendees left feeling seen, supported, and empowered.
