F.B.L.T is a non-profit organization that believes in creating a diverse group of individuals, who are connected through the skilled trades. Journeymen with 5 years exp or more, band together to help students facing hardships, earn gainful employment, through completing a minimum of 90 days to a year of paid on the job training. Once we know they are to par with their skill sets, we place them with a reputable employer. Our program has successfully placed 17 graduates since 2016 into positions that pay 60to80k annually with full perks and benefits. The apprenticeship is designed to equip students with what they lacked in the classroom. We highly motivate, educate, and train technicians to become prepared for their first interview, their first client greeting, their first repair/service they must provide, and their ability to lead and guide others towards success. We build leaders in the higher education sphere through the skilled trades. Once you become a FBLT graduate you have the support of your fellow brothers for life!
