This year, Philadelphia Foundation showed up. We convened partners across sectors, mobilized resources for emerging needs, and stayed focused on the long-term commitments that create lasting change.

Working alongside donors, nonprofit partners, and civic leaders, we showed up as a civic catalyst, trusted partner, and strategic problem-solver.

A few highlights:
➡️ The Civic Coalition to Save Lives continued its essential work, with homicides down over 50% from 2020, representing dozens of lives saved.
➡️ We co-sponsored the Economic Mobility Summit, where Mayor Parker announced a landmark $20 million public-private partnership for workforce development.
➡️ We launched the Regional Food Fund to address food security challenges across our region.
➡️ Through YOUTHadelphia, 12 public high school students awarded $50,000 in grants to five youth-serving nonprofits.

What is most striking about 2025 isn't any single accomplishment. It's the cumulative effect of sustained partnership and strategic focus.
